Last Friday, MKTG helped deliver Angel City Football Cub’s inaugural “Equity Summit” at Sydney’s iconic Opera House for an invite-only crowd of 150 change-makers.

MKTG’s Experiences and Events team were thrilled to help produce this exclusive event made up of some of the most powerful and illustrious figures from the sport, entertainment, and business world.

The line-up of speakers comprised of powerhouse women including Angel City’s co-founders Natalie Portman, Julie Uhrman and Kara Nortman and was emcee’d by US Women’s National Team legend Julie Foudy. Guests also heard from FIFA Secretary General’s Fatma Samoura, CEO of Hello Sunshine’s Sarah Harden, Australia Minister for Aged Care and Sport Anika Wells and former Matilda and FIFA Executive Committee Member Moya Dodd.

It was a captivating event consisting of conversations around equity, impact and change where those who attended left with the new mantra “because of her, we can.”
